When to say Enough's Enough

I have a batch of 5 week old chicks, bantam and standard size, the bantams are some sort of Hamburg cross, the standards are an I'm not sure yet. 7 were in the batch, and two were ITTY BITTY TEENY runts. They are now slightly larger, but still a third the size of their hatchmates. But almost all feathers are in on both.
Issue:
Because they were so tiny, I wet their crumble
I've never had Bantams, but I have had a couple of runts.

I get Chicks 3 to 4 days old from local stores.
The Medicated Crumble feed I buy is large compared to the Non-Medicated Starter-Grower I feed after 10 weeks.

I've never wet feed for chicks, but I do put it in a blender 1 cup at a time and pulse about 10 times.

I did this for 3 weeks with my current batch, they are 3 1/2 weeks now. GC
