when to switch ?

today my RIR's are 5 weeks old . They have been on Neutrina chick starter from day 1. what & when should I change feeds? My layers are all on neutrina layer pellets & are doing fine. Is there a grower feed? or just go to the pellets?

You could try Purina Flock Raiser and make oyster shell available to your layers. That is what I did recently.

My RIR's seemed to be growing slowly, I went to the feed store and bought grower formula, now they are eating a large amount a day and growing like crazy!

Mine are growing FAST!! real fast . thats why I figgured maybe they might need to get off the chick crumbles & maybe start on grower.BUt I don't know at what week to start.I used to use purina, nevr again, nuff said .
