When to take poults out of the incubator?

You were right, it was the yolk sac. Looked at that other post and then took him out to exam him. Because his tummy didn't look formed properly and he was barely alive, we decided to cull him. Terrible.

On a positive note, the other 12 look good. The first 4 we took out yesterday are nice and fluffy and running around drinking, think one is eating for sure. Later tonight after they dry we'll start getting them all to eat and drink.

Anyway, this ends our first turkey hatch. Thanks for all your help!

If you have one eating, the others will start eating too. I would leave them alone.
