When to transplant??

Not to scare you, but squash and cucumbers should really only be started 2-3 weeks before your last frost because they grow very quickly and are sensitive to root disturbance, so you really only want to transplant one time. They, along with the sunflowers, also do best in 4" biodegradable pots. Tomatoes on the other hand can and should be started 6 weeks before your last frost. Peppers should be started 10 weeks before your last frost. I would also set up a fan in your room on low and aim it at the plants. I always start the tomatoes and peppers in small cells like you have, and transplant them to solo cups after 3-4 weeks because they will quickly run out of room in cells. Sunflower stems should be a bit hardier than what I'm seeing. A fan simulates wind which helps the plants grow sturdier stems. Next year you should really look up your area's frost date and make a calendar for when to start your seedlings. It saves you so much time and stress.

Alrighty help me out here i have now relized i started my plants a lil too early, should i transfer them to solo cups to give them more room? Like my sunflowers r not lookin good at all.

Yes! I just transplanted my tomatoes yesterday into 32 ounce yogurt containers (holes in bottoms), and buried the stem up to the first leaves. Tomatoes will produce roots off the stem if they are in contact with dirt. Ever see a grown tomato plant that falls over and the stems hit the ground? They will produce roots where it touches the ground. When you go to plant your tomatoes, you can dig a long/sloped hole and lay the tomatoes plant in it, buried up to first leaves. More root potential, more nutrient potential.

Ok did some shuffling an changing up to make them more comfortable an my mind as ease
