When to use grower food by

The manufacture dates in my bags of grower (17% protein) say it was made on Feb 17, 2018. It's always been kept in a dry and cold storage area on a pallet. Should be good to use until butcher day; July 13???

sure as long as there is no mold in it should be no issue
