evidently they ended up on a really technical 4x4 trail. they just made it back to semi-civilization and called me before they try to make it back to camp. mr muddy and my bike came through like champs although he says I have some battle scarsmr muddy just called
DS1 went down multiple times and will probably be feeling it in both his wallet and his body tomorrow!! 
mr muddy says there’s weird lines on his hands.....hopefully dye from his gloves and a pretty good cut on his face despite wearing the helmet. not sure what else may show up as he’s probably pumped full of adrenaline right now
and i still have chores to do
