I make sure she has eaten before roost time by hand feeding her moistened chicken food. I feed her until she wanders away. I have 3 waters and 2 feeders, for 6 chickens, hopefully that is enough.

That's plenty of feeders. She should be able to feed without your intervention, better to check her crop without you feeding her by hand, you're creating a bad habit.

Just stop....she'll eat when she gets hungry enough. Tough love.
It'll be harder on you-if you let it be, than it will on her.
