When Will my 20 Week Old Hens Start Laying?

Hi, I know I’ve been posting a lot. Just yesterday, I posted about my hens eating an avocado leaf. Well, they seem fine. Today, I wanted to ask, when my hens will start laying. If, you have time, you can look at these pictures and maybe determine when they will lay eggs. 6 of them are 20 weeks old. The Rhode Island and Easter egger are 19 weeks. So here are the pictures:

None of them look real close.
Average onset of lay for most breeds is 18-28 weeks,
can be longer in late fall as day length diminishes.
