When will my Bared Rock rooster start crowing?

I was just wondering when my Bared Rock Roosters will start to crow?

It could be anywhere from a few weeks of age to months, really. Are there older, dominant roosters in your flock? I ask as often a young, subordinate cockerel will not crow, or will delay crowing, in those situations.

Our Bantams were crowing before 6 weeks...feisty little buggers!

There 7 1/2 week old and the 2 of them are making sounds but not crowing sounds.

I've had some start at 6 weeks and some wait till 10 months if there is a dominate rooster around. the older ones seem to get it right pretty quick but the young ones sound pretty bad for a while.I had one buff orpington that still sounded more like a duck than a rooster when I got rid of him at 8 months.
