When will my new hens start laying?

I got three hens 6 days ago. I know at least two of the three are established layers, the third may be finishing up a molt so it could be a while with her. How long is the typical adjustment period for a bird before they start laying at their new home? They are free range during the day, but I haven't seen any eggs out in the yard so I'm pretty sure it's just that they aren't laying.

That depends on the hen. I had 1 hen start laying the very next day, after arriving to her new home. The other 2 took 3 or 4 days.
