When Will My Red Sexlink Pullets Start Laying

I have 28 pullets & 2 roosters I am wanting to know at what age will my pullets begin laying they are 18 weeks old & cackling up a storm lol

The should be laying pretty soon, I think my RSL started to lay around 5 or 6 months.

Usually a sign that lying is imminent...annoying as all that noise is!
