When will our girls start laying?

also our red star hen has been squatting a lot lately. Not really red in the face like the others, but she keeps holding her butt down like she is gonna lay(she started doing this last night!) LOL!
is this a sign that she will lay soon?

also, our other red star pullet, Linda, is REALLY red in the face!

Started laying 2 to3 weeks before our 2 rir's. Egg a day each until one layed a jumbo double yoker first part of last week. She took the next day off. There eggs are darker brown than the rir's go figure
