When will she lay

i have a pullett who is about 7 months old and she still is keeping me waiting on the eggs.
she(bonnie) is part barred rock and part silver lakenvelder (spelling?) and in great health as is her roo.
i also have a nh red and a bo who lay every day even in the cold.
is this normal? should i do anything more than just waite?
i'm impatient
why is she leaving me hangin?

If you post a picture of her, her comb development (size and redness) might indicate if she is getting close.

she is squating and her comb is small but red
i know she has to be close but............
both my other 2 started at week 17or18 and she's about 7 mos.

I have five pullets that are 28 weeks old. Three have started laying in the past few days. I was starting to lose patience but sure enough, as soon as I told my husband that I was going to start SQUEEZING eggs out of them they started laying.
