When will they be laying?

Hey guys! I have 5 pullets and I'm pretty sure that two of them are pretty close to laying. One is a 19/20 week old Blue Jersey Giant and one is a 17/18 week old mixed breed bantam. The reason I think that they are close to laying is they both have red combs and wattles (especially Ruth) that are much bigger than the others and when I place my hand over them, or even just approach them quickly, they quickly squat down, which I’ve heard is a sign of being ready to lay. This behaviour has been happening for about a week. Any guesses on how close they are to laying?
