My NH Reds will be 13 weeks on Tuesday. I'm still giving them medicated chick feed, they are not nearly as large as my neighbor's NH Reds. I'm thinking I read 20 weeks, but sounds like some of you guys are getting eggs as early as 15-17 weeks.
Any experience with this type of bird? Their coop is not done yet, DH has been really busy lately and not able to finish it. If they start laying in their temporary home is it hard to retrain them for their new digs ?
Thanks in advance.
