When will they lay

This one out of my flock is looking lost ready to lay how long do you think till this one lays a egg
What breed are they?
hybrids so 2 rangers 1 Sussex and 1 blue bell
 
18-26 weeks is the average onset of lay for most breeds.
There is nothing you can do to 'speed them along',
they'll lay when their bodies are mature enough to lay,
tho lack of nutrition can slow that maturity.

been sold pellets which they have been on since we bought them from the seller
What is the protein and calcium percentage of the feed? It's the law here in the US to list that on a tag send into bottom of bag, not sure about England.
