when will they lay?

I have (all almost 8 weeks old) 2 Barred Rocks, 1 Buff Orpington, 2 Isa Browns, 2 Aracuana's (mongel mix's most likely)
When will they start laying eggs? Is there anything I can do to encourage them to lay sooner?

The average is about 20 to 25 weeks. I'm afraid you still have a ways to go

You do not want to rush them. Avoid giving them layer feed too early or you can do some damage by making them develop too fast. You have a few months left before eggs but it will be worth it
