Where are all the musicians at?

Pics
During those I was playing violin or viola (I play Viola sometimes now), I don't recommend sitting next to a kid who has no care for his posture in orchestra.
I never played (and probably will never) in a orchestra. I play piano for the fun of it, and maybe for guests. And Chicken Abigail. She says I'm not that great at piano (she's biased-says chickens can do better than humans at everything).
What's your favorite piece to play?
Mine would have to be River Flows in You or Chopin's Raindrop Prelude.

I haven't played my viola in a few years, orchestra was the main place I played it and covid killed that.
I mostly play piano now, I don't really have a favorite piece. I do enjoy playing a simplified version of River Flow in You (because I wanted to play it before I had the skills to be able to). And my current learning piece, Dragonfly Keeper, is challenging but fun!

And I've heard Zoom recitals aren't the same.
I haven't had a good piano lesson in around three years. Most of then were online. Too many apps that didn't work with iOS 10 (Very grateful to have a decent device now), recitals I didn't want to be a part of, and, of course, the fact that the piano teacher can't stick her hand out of my screen to make sure my hands are in the right spot or explain what she meant.

Howdy ya'll. I'd love to know who plays an instrument and what that/those instrument(s) is/are! If you could play another what would it be?
I'll go first. I play the violin and i've been playing for about 7-8 years now. My favorite things to play are bluegrass/Celtic and classical. I'd love to pick up the banjo someday when time allows. That or the urheen, but that may be a bit hard considering i don't live in China.
My dear husband played lead guitar and supported us for 18 years. He passed away Aug 06 2022. He opened for some major acts. I miss him terrible.
Please don't feel sorry for me, we had 18 wonderful years, a yard full of dogs, cats and chickens. He gave me wonderful years and a beautiful home. Memories that I will live on forever. I miss the times he played for me after a hard day while bathing in a bubble bath he made for me. Heaven is lucky, it has my protector
