Where are her feathers? (Pic)

Okay I know i've asked a lot but here is another.... We got 2 hens same age, same breed a week ago. And one of them doesn't have any feathers in her neck, and doesn't look like they wanna come back, she didn't have any when we got her. Here is a pic (she is the big one on the left)

The missing feathers is due to a rooster. When he mates he often holds on to their heads or neck.

Can also be molting. I have one poor girl who has looked like a Turken for months (she's a Blue Orp/Buff Brahma cross). Her feathers are just now beginning to come back but it's been a very long time. My black Ameraucana also has a pretty bare neck, but it's definitely molting.

Could also be mites/lice, but just examine her closely and if in doubt, you could dust her for them.
