where can I find silkies as soon as possible?

We just hatched three New Hampshire Reds. They are on Day 1 out of the incubator. We want to order about 3-5 more silkie chicks that we can raise with these. When you order from Cackle Hatchery, do you have to wait 10 days before they ship? We need them right away unless someone has some advice on introducing the two sets of chicks to each other. Thanks for your input.

I'm not sure about Cackle, but I know Meyer, Ideal, and Murray McMurray actually tell you what they have available to ship when, so you can check their sites and see what dates they have available. They may even have some they can ship this week, and you'd be able to see that by the dates they have listed.

Edit: I checked for you, and Meyer has a limited amount of white and buff silkies they can ship tomorrow, according to their website, so you might want to call them.
