Where can I find the approved list of foods ?

I have left over black bean soup I'd like to give my girsl for breakfast this morning, but don't know if that is wise. I know there is a great list on this site, but don't know how to find it. If someone will help me out, I'll bookmark it for future reference. Thanks. Of course, the beans are in addition to their regular mash.

for breakfast this morning my girls had

Sheppards pie
home made mac `n cheese with ham (the cheese sauce was made with 4 different cheeses
and a turkey casserole

(I cleaned the leftovers out of the fridge this morning)

they always have their layer food in the coop

Wow. Thanks you all! I now have the list, and I washed off the beans to make sure there wasn't too much salt. Funny thing, though...my ladies usually eat anything, but they turned up their beaks at the beans. Go figure! And Ontario...I'm coming to your house for supper. It all sounds yummy! Thanks again.
