Where can I purchase black salve?

Many of the posts regarding how to treat an injury recommend black salve or I think coal tar. I would like to have some on hand just in case. I can't find it anywhere in New Hampshire. Can anyone help out?

Is black salve the same as Ichthamal? super stinky, sticky and made from sulfur.
We call Ichthamal, Black Salve where I come from.
If it is the same, Google Ichthamal.

Or pine tar, maybe? It is used on horse hooves.

So sulphur gel, would that work? Aren't those not for ingestion? I'm trying to nip a feather picking prob. Coal tar?
