Where can I rescue battery hens?

After watching a VERY sad rescue video, I would like to save some battery hens and give them a place to live out their lives comfortably.

How do you get them?

We have 2500 hens here. According to that my annual costs should be $750,000.

There was another page there that says they spend $300 per hen per year on veterinary costs.
