Where did my fish go?

Quote:
They were actually my auntie and her husband, they are both over fifty. After they packed up and left we noticed it was gone, maybe they took it?

Do they have a history of taking things that are not theirs? This is sort of bizarre.

The title of this thread, I thought it was about the commercial where the guy is eating sushi and his daughter comes in with the empty fish bowl and says "where did my fish go?" he says "Look behind couch" She says "it's a fish. It lives in a bowl."

It sounds to me like they broke it and just disposed of the evidence.

sunny & the 5 egg layers :

What would your aunt and her husband possibly do with a fish inside a vase?

It never gets old though.
Thanks for sharing.

Sounds like they broke it and hid it.

But on a side note; if you decide to get another Betta fish again get it a tank that is at least a gallon, that you can fit a small sponge filter in it(they operate with an air pump and help airate the water as well as filter it) and a small heater, as they are infact tropical fish..

And I am very sorry that you lost your fish. I had one of my fish commit suicide just 2 days ago. The dogs and I got up to go potty in the morning and there was one of the African Butterfly fish laying on the floor dead.

Yeah, I'm not really bothered about it though. It was just a fish, yes I know it was a living thing, but I def agree with Nicola, it sounds like they broke it and threw it away or something. One fish isn't worth getting in a squabble with relatives about, just my opinion.
