where do geese usually lay

They make a nest. I provide mine with a nesting box and they usually lay there.

with mine they lay in what ever place will be hardest for me to either find or get to. I suspect they get together and plan it out to conspire against me. The other thing I have learned...if there is a lump in the bedding during laying season it means there are probably 10 or more eggs buried there.
