Where do I start breeding?

I hatched the chickens. Now what?

Is there a step by step on how to breed?

My oldest boy wants to breed black rose combs. We have a hen and two roosters. But plan to pick up 2 or 3 more hens next week. The one rooster has a crooked comb. Should I just get rid of that one?

My oldest girl. Barred Cochins. 2 roosters and one hen. But the pair had the one rooster. Also have few of 1 month olds that I hatched.

Second boy. Sebrights. All 1 month old or less. He wants old English too but the hatch did not pan out well for them.

Youngest. Well. She has a good rooster and a too much smut hen I guess. SL Cochins.

So where do I start.

Ha. All new. We got the rosecombs from a breeder.

My daughter and I are also raising black rosecombs.i would get rid of the rooster if the comb is lopsided. The comb should be square on the top.

We bought the one and the other was a freebie. The breeder said he wasn't sure if it would amount to much! Bummer.
