Where do I start?

I don't really know what this means. What do you mean you keep them on the garden beds? What kind of enclosure do they have? How is it different that the summer enclosure? Thanks!

I have movable pens. During the winter I move the pens onto my empty garden beds. Every few days I hoe their poop into the soil which keeps them clean and lets the poop compost so it's ready for planting in the spring.

In the spring, I move the pens to places in my yard with a lot of greed weeds and let them eat and kill the weeds. I move their pens about once a month.
