Wow! Thats great they did that.I got 60 eggs from Myshire farm, my hatch was just under 50%, although I told them that I was satisfied, they sent half of my money back anyway.

I like my NR 360 incubators for hatching quail, I ordered the quail egg turn table, it holds 45 eggs, I also hatch them in my maticoopx 30, I don’t have the treys for quail eggs but the chicken trays work ok.I do not. Do you have a recommendation? Are all incubators the same, or do I need a special quail incubator? I know they're on an accelerated timeline over chicken eggs.
The Nurture Right 360 is what I was planning on. I would only be hatching chicken eggs. I'm looking to get something decent to get started, but not spend a fortune. But I don't want to waste money on an Amazon special either. Not saying they're all junk, but I've seen some really bad reviews and there are so many it's overwhelming. Do you recommend the Nurture Right, overall?I have the Nurture Right 360. Comes with chicken egg turner (I’ve used it for duck eggs and turkey eggs. (Had to hand turn the turkey eggs)
You can order a quail egg turner for it on EBay.
@Debbie292d uses Brinsea which are much nicer incubators.
I have govee thermometers that I regulate mine with, I don’t worry about humidity since I dry hatch, it never gets below 35%, and I’ve had good success using this method, but temperature is crucial.I would recommend it, BUT I would put a hygrometer/temperature gauge in it while incubating. There is a smaller one you can purchase on Amazon that fits in the slot.
Geez. This is what I'm struggling with a bit. It feels like I have to order a ton of eggs to account for a possibly low hatch rate, but knowing my luck, every single egg will hatch and I'll be drowning in quail! I'm impressed they stood by their product, though.I got 60 eggs from Myshire farm, my hatch was just under 50%, although I told them that I was satisfied, they sent half of my money back anyway.
Ah, that makes sense they would have different inserts for egg sizes. You can tell I haven't committed a single brain cell to incubation before today.
Are these the $15 bluetooth ones? Because I've got plenty of those.I have govee thermometers that I regulate mine with
I have 2, maybe one of them would fit inside there.I would recommend it, BUT I would put a hygrometer/temperature gauge in it while incubating. There is a smaller one you can purchase on Amazon that fits in the slot.
