Where do you keep them?

If you have to quarantine a bird where do you keep them? If you have a broody hen where do you move her to so the other flock members won't bother her? I have one who when she would get up for her duties someone would lay and egg in her nest. I had to toss 3 eggs.
Right now I have a broody who won't quit. If I put eggs under her I have to have a place to keep her safe and the chicks warm as it will be an october hatch.
I don't like it but she's insist on sitting on an emply nest. What is her probem?

I make a little pen out of chicken wire in the coop. That way the broody can see her flock mates, and they can see her, but no one fights or fusses. I think they are all curious about each other, and once the chicks hatch, the hens all want to see them. Plus, it helps to integrate the new chicks into the flock if the older birds are used to seeing and hearing them.
