Where do you keep your feed if you don't have a shed?

I keep mine in a plastic dog food container in the house.

I prefer to dump the food directly into the plastic instead of leaving it in the bag, because it makes it easier to scoop out - in my opinion. I don't think it matters, just personal preference.

I keep all my fed in the garage in air tight plastic containors. I am a wee bit of a neat freak so everything is in complete order.
My friend jokes that she is surpised I don't go in my coop with a vacume cleaner.lol.

I also keep mine in the galvanized cans just outside my coop, but inside the run......One large can holds two 50lb bags of feed, and I just dump it in and use a large scoop to fill the feeders........I have another one that is filled with scratch(and I also keep their oyster shell and grit in seperate bags in the scratch bin too, so that they are handy!) It really works well!

How long does it take you to go through a 50 lb bag? I was worried mine would not stay fresh, so I have been putting most of it in the freezer and keeping some out in the garage in plastic tote with locking handles... I would love it if I didn't have to worry about the freezer space anymore!
