Where are you located?
Since you are asking, I’ll assume you are not able to butcher yourself (squeamish? No good space to do so?) Etc.
I have a USDA processor that will process chickens by appointment within driving distance. For a small number of non-CX type, there is a fee, of course, but it is reasonable. For CX type, it is a bit cheaper. However, google search on maps for poultry processor to see if any near you. Perhaps USDA.gov has a search function for this.
at the smaller hatchery I buy from, they keep cards for the Ohio processors, so you may be able to call a hatchery inyour general area that might be able to tell you some resources.
Of course, you may be able to find an individual who will do this for you -either a small fee or to get to keep 1-2 of the birds. You may even have a family member or friend willing to learn from videos and will do them for you.
