You: I just got a hold of one of Catwalk's Seramas!
Someone Else: Georgous! How? Those things are so elite!
You: She was giving away some of her crappier culls. This one was Imperial Champion of The World for three years running, but this year it went Reserve to one of it's sons. She needs the room, you know.

Seriously, I just hatched my first Seramas two weeks ago, and I am totally stoked to help improve the breed. I bought more eggs online, just to have some more on the ground. From now on, though, I'm just breeding the best I can find. It will be an honor to network with you all in the future.
And Steve, congrats on your dedication and commitment to quality. This fall when all mine are older, if you see one you like, I'll give you a pair. Why? When I was in 4-H, Bob Evans farm sponsored a contest where they GAVE me a horse! Who does that? It wasn't the greatest horse in the world, but it was perfect for me, and I still have the dresser full of trophies and ribbons from my priceless time with her. I think you are serious about your endeavor, and if my birds prove that they are up to the task, I want to help you out.
BTW: I'll be posting pics when they are older, and entering online shows just to get a feel for how I'm doing, if everyone's willing to help me.
