Your dog is AWSOME!!! So glad that everyone is okay. I had two lamps fall apart on me last year. I think I'm going to do something different this year.

Not to hijack your thread, but has anyone here used a sweater heater. I read an article in (If my memory serves me right) Backyardpoultry. They really liked their sweater heater. I just checked and you can get them, including shipping, for $100. Not bad when you don't have to wory about your heat bulb blowing up on you!!! Sweater heaters, according to http://www.sweeterheater.com/bizweb.asp , are unbreakable.

OMG! That is very scary. So glad it ended well. And that the duckies made it thru the smoke. Would have thought little ones like that would have had a problem. Whew.
Love to see a pic of your wonder dog. I cannot imagine what might have happened if she had not been so persistent. What a a great girl.

SHe is just adorable. Love almost all species of animals, but have to say I could not live without my dogs. They are such wonderful creatures. Thanks for posting the pic of your canine heroine.

Give the dog a tasty treat from me. Never had that problem (and I hope I never do), but I have had a rooster get whacked in the head

, chased all our ducks out of the pond (poor things)

took 2 week before they got their pond back.
