I figure since so many people wanted a trap like this one I have I would post where I got it.I goggled repeating rat traps and looked at several.I knew what I wanted and this one was it.I ordered online and got the trap in about 10 days.After I got it I could see there were 2 places on the trap that should have wire on them.It was like someone cut the pieces too short when they built it.I call the 800 number and learned this place only ships for the makers of the trap I got a couple different numbers for them and never could get anyone.I even left messages that were not returned.I decided since I knew how to fix the trap and I would just do that and put it right to work instead of waiting to see about returning it or what ever.If you are interested in getting one I would suggest calling and asking about the defect because you want one that will work.I have lost the numbers I called at the makers of it.You might even what to call there.the site is www.cooperseeds.com They have a phone number there.I got the #8830 trap.It really is a well made trap except for the defect.I figure it is a small company that hand makes each trap and mines defect just went un-noticed.
