I texted his previous owner asking his breed but they haven't responded yet. I believe you're right though, he looks very similar to the images of white Indian Runners I saw online. He's very tall with a long neck.

They have just told me he's a just a really tall pekin.

I think the band @Miss Lydia was referring to is in your first picture on your new member post. I had to zoom in to look closer - from normal range it looks like a band, but when you zoom in you see it's just the way the grass covers his leg a bit.

Ah yes I can see what you mean. There's a bit of grass covering his left foot in that photo. I am relieved he doesn't have one, I wouldn't be sure how to get close enough to him to remove it and I'm sure following him around to try and grab him and take it off would be very stressful for him
