Oh I know, last time I went I bought a bag of calf manna that was about to have a first birthday.
Store is just jammed full of doo dads and toys with a handful of stuff you actually need.
And if I hear about that neighbor's club one more time i'm liable to snap.

You’ve got a point there! Both TSC closest to me have terrible mgmt. And I will promise you they still have some June 2018 feed on their shelves. I’ve had to resort to having my DH pick some up an hour away. It’s pathetic. I’m gonna guess that most people around here must buy the local mill’s feed. It’s much cheaper but it’s not as good for the chickens.

I have 23 pullets/hens and 2 cockerels. And just the last two weeks hatched out 11 chicks, 3 with a broody and 8 in the bator.

It's about the only place around here that carries medical supplies, vaccines, antibiotics, etc. We do have a small feed store here,but the woman that owns it is nuttier than squirrel turds. We dont like her or want to give her our money...so TSC is it.

I ebay all that stuff now, our TSC does not keep that stocked well at all.
Sort of in the same boat, one feed store with open feed bins so bugs galore. I didn't hang around long enough to meet the staff after seeing the bins.

What is the neighbor’s club for anyway? All I know of is it makes me stop and have to try and remember my DH phone number. Who knows phone numbers anymore? I pay a company a hefty price to remember mine for me.

Yes, believe it or not, our TSC does carry a good supply of all the medicines, etc. I can be thankful for that.

Used to get it @ TSC, but found much fresher feed @ Rural King here (usually a week or so mill dates) we feed our mixed flock the "Country Road meat bird 21% protein feed"

They send you a birthday coupon.
And you're entered for facebook giveaways.
But iv'e gotten coupons without being a part of the thing. Totally agree about those candles, if you've got asthma you're screwed.
