@Brooks_ Pretty much everyone I know makes mac and cheese for Thanksgiving, it's a staple. I use lots of sharp and extra sharp cheddar in mine, I love sharp cheddar, the sharper the better

Yes, got to have the Extra Sharp Cheddar. I also sometimes like a little smoked Cheddar mixed in there. I had one this year called Seriously Sharp.

And, I made the statement earlier that I didn't like Sweet Potato, but I don't dislike it, but I can do without it. It is too much like a dessert to me and I don't eat my desserts until after the main meal. There is too many other desserts waiting for me to worry with sweet potatoes.

We did oriental food with my Japanese aunt on year @Brooks_

@Brooks_ I could probably handle that. I did Japanese twice the days right before Thanksgiving. I like some good Sushi. I never cared that much for it until recently, though. We had a place open up locally that has really good sushi and I am a bit addicted now, I think.
