Thanks for testing this! This is probably one of the few features I didn't test over the past few months.

I want to have contact with people....not block them. No one contacts me, so what does it take, jk? Good or bad attention any I will take it....you ever heard that saying. I am just kidding though. I am good! I have had enough drama of my own lately.

I personally like the blocking feature and have a couple of people in mind to block. Some people just won't stop no matter how many times and how kindly you let them know you do not wish to communicate with them. If you have never run into some of the extremists on here, count yourself lucky.

I do have a question and wonder if anyone knows the answer. Can someone I "block" still "follow" me?

LOL, have to say this is one of the better threads I have read today... You guys are great, thanks for the laughs, (and the Block Member lesson!

It actually is a pretty useful feature, especially for someone like me that has a hard time biting my tongue sometimes... now I can just click the Block Member option instead of typing a reply and wearing out my backspace key because the kind of language I used doesn't belong on BYC and may get me banned, lol

No, someone you block cannot follow you. When you click block on someone's profile, a box comes up that says they cannot follow you.

Strange.....it said that earlier when I used it, but it's not saying it now.

Darn, it wont let me block Rob... or any mods..Thought i found a way to be naughty and not get caught..

To clarify - Moderators will not be using the block feature, I was testing it earlier with a member that had concerns about it.
