i have one with no tail also. Not sure what she is. The guy I got her from could only tell me they are Delaware mixes. So I have no clue on mine also. He gave me two but one has a tail.
The lack of a tail is a genetic defect that occasionally occurs in chickens. It may look odd, but it won't affect them adversely in any way. You can still enjoy those eggs. )
