Which Bantam breed is the best pet/egg laying combination for a smaller enclosure?

I live in Oregon, am new to chickens, and have access to only a few breeds of Bantams (because I only want to purchase 2-3 hens).

The options available to me right now are:
Old English Game Bantams
Mille Fleur Bantams
Cochin Bantams
Serama Bantams

I really want birds that do well in a smaller enclosure, have a sweet temperament, don't mind being picked up, and can lay 2-3 eggs per week - if possible!

From the choices you’ve shown, i’d most likely go for serama, they are the smallest by far so require less food, space etc. And are surprisingly good layers. However they eggs are very small...
