Due to picture weirdness, I deleted my last reply.Thank you. Are EE anericauna this well tempered? He didnt even grow up at my property yet is well adjusted and homely here!
Cool, good to know all the info. Im gonna get couple of EE hens for my sweet rooster because he deserves them! For some reason he likes to hang out on our small deck near the glass door and stare at us inside the living room all the time even though he has 5+ acres of pasture to forage on!Due to picture weirdness, I deleted my last reply.
Anyway, I've never met a fullbreed EE (mine are all crossbreeds) but I've generally found my crosses to be good tempered (of course, as my original experience was with RIR roosters, anything's an upgrade)
My only bad experience with EEs was a game rooster cross--beautiful boy, but what an (REDACTED). My current leghorn/EE rooster is a real sweetheart, though he's not nearly as pretty, and every EE cross hen I've had was wonderful.
Two of my EE crosses went broody this spring, and they never even attempted homicide on me, even when I picked them up to look at the eggs.
The Bad one:

Both are most likely from an Olive Egger project using Easter Eggers and Marans, with their single combs and sparse feathers on the legs.
Gorgeous boys.
whats makes you think so?x2 Sourland and OlGreyMare
Grey/blue looks like a Blue Andalusian like my henI got these when they were about 8 months old from someone. Can anyone tell me which breed is the grey/blue rooster (one in the front) is. He is an amazing rooster, never fights with other roosters, very well behaved, friendly and well mannered. Does anyone own this specific breed and has the same experience with them?
The one in the back with the large crown is not friendly with other roosters only when confined. He bullies them and also crows a lot. Which breed is that one btw?

Very nice rooster you have. Mine is similar except the beard and shorter crown. I think mine is EE or Americauna mix. The joys of keeping chickens...a privilege ppl in subdivisions can never enjoyView attachment 1175218 View attachment 1175219 View attachment 1175219
