Which breed is this chicken? It’s five-six weeks old but still very small

I bought it at a local store. The thing is this chick has really hairy legs and super frizzy feathers (which at least i havent seen in Buff Orpingtons)

Probably a bantam. One of the more popular breeds of chickens that are used to Frizzle is Cochin, which is usually bantam.
