Milly is the BOSS, but Heather is the meanest. I know Milly's in charge though because she just has to puff out her neck feathers and heather will go running like the rest!!!

I have 2 Buff Orps, 2 Barred Rocks, 2 Australorps & 1 ancona that are all 17 weeks old.
The ancona (Minnie) is noticably the smallest, but she definetly wears the pants!
She's also the loudest & most overdramatic... I guess it must be the bit of leghorn in her...

Without a doubt for my little flock it the Golden Laced Wyandotte. She even checks to be sure all the girls or in at night. She's the first one in and then back out. Sometimes 3 times. Almost as though she feels she has to let them know it's time for bed. But as tough as she is, her brother, the rooster still is boss.
