Which breed should I get

I know I jokingly like to claim that I'm a chicken's right activist LOL but seriously people are so rude about chickens, they are intelligent to me and I love watching how they interact and do stuff together. I wish more people understood this my chickens produce eggs and I eat them (the eggs Not the birds) but they aren't considered producers in my family they are considered pets who have an added bonus of eggs

Chickens are wonderful. With one of them dying, i seriously would cry my eyes out. Just as if i lost a human family member.

I do when I have a death it's hard because you care for them from babies and form a emotional connection with them watching them grow and being proud when they do normal chickens things. I love my chickens
