which breed should i get

which one of the following breeds should i add to my order of chicks
java, australorp, langshan,dorking or jersey giant
i want the most friendliest one of those and dont say get one of each cuz i want to but i wouldn't have any more room

ive heard australorps are shy does this mean they dont like being picked up as much as the other breeds do
