Which breed ???

What breed would you recommend first time owner here??? I’m looking for the most quiet breed as possible, I love my neighbours & don’t want them to get annoyed by any (I got ok from them of course)... but still.
im planing to get only 2 for now.
what food to feed & where to get it?

If chickens, Silkies tend to be fairly quiet and are very good for first time chicken owners. Not to mention, they can’t fly so there’s no worry about them hopping fences.
