The previous owners said she is a pygmy cross, I think she looks like a boer?

Definitely not a boer - boer cross maybe but...?. It does look like a Pygmy cross to me though.

Usually the floppy ears and coloring show up in Boer crosses. Not always. I had some adorable LaMancha/Boers that were glossy black with little elf ears.

He's pretty stocky, but Pygmies are stocky.

He looks a bit like a lot of different breeds. He *could* have Alpine/Kiko/Myotonic or some other lines in him.

This is a Boer (not my picture). Look particularly at the head. The pendulous ears, almost flat horns, and convex profile make the Boer's head pretty distinctive. Your girl's head has none of these features.



Here's your girl again It looks to me like she has small ears that stand out from her head, a straight profile, and round horns that come vertically out of her head rather than being swept back.
I'm thinking that she looks more like a Pygmy/Alpine cross.

I have seen some Myotonic/fainting goats with that belted patterning, head shape, and horns swept back like that, if that helps any.
