There's not too much we don't use. Really just the intestines, gizzards, trachea, bits like that.

Of course not! There's no way we paid that much for it. We might have paid 3K for the scalder and plucker together.
We figured it was a good investment towards our homesteading lifestyle.

You can put buffalo sauce on it if you want. It's good with a lot of things.
