Which BYC member scares you?

I don't know! It looks like it's made for a larger bird based on bar spacing and how heavy the metal is, but it seems awfully small and I don't have a desire for a large bird
Big birds are kinda scary with little kids around. They can snap curious fingers off like a hot knife through butter.

Maybe not a bird, but something with fur that would love to climb?

Then. . .get some😁

*runs away as fast as little legs will go*
I am reallllly tempted to beg forgiveness later!!!

Also wondering how I would keep secret building an enclosure... But they would be brooding in the basement for a while anyway so by that time DH would know about it and probably have to help me. Lol

No monkeys🥺

Jk, I would keep a capuchin or a marmoset, if it was within my budget and would fit my lifestyle. But besides that I think they're fairly nasty and annoying pets, they should be left in the wild.

A sugar glider would be fun! If the cage were fixed up for one.

Ugh. I'm so not a fan of monkeys.

They can be cute if your house is built for one. And if you train them to do all sorts of things they're not so bad.
But I hear of wayyy too many bad habits they pick up, like biting, slapping, screaming, throwing me-balls, and wrecking stuff.
Lots of them also require diapers🤢
Monkeys are not for the faint of heart😂
