What? The bird would literally hop on, and start spinning around it, and would eventually go so fast you would think the perch was geared to a motor.
It did all sorts of crazy stuff, spinning on the side of the cage as if was one of those sticks people spin between their fingers.

How many reptiles do ya have?(I am a reptile nut. It was heavenly.)
That's cool. They were! The only one that was in a small cage was a very old one. It was small and weak and wrapped in a towel, with treats on one side and water on the other.
The whole house was full of big cages. The macaws had the living room walls to themselves, with only a few square feet in the center left.
Only one had mites, it was quarantined and being treated, and only one was missing feathers from feather pulling, a rescue bird. The rest were top notch.
Close enough!Closest I've gotView attachment 3145058
Only a bearded dragon and a leopard gecko currently. Leo is old and has a Neurological disease of some sort. He doesn't have parasites, impaction, vitamin deficiency, or MBD. It's sad, but he still motors around and climbs things if he can.How many reptiles do ya have?
It was well taken care of.Poor old bird, but they all go downhill eventually.
My local nursery has some large and small parrots. They're in little cages tho, with no toys and like two perches, so I'm thinking they would maybe sell them if the price was right. I keep looking at my back patio like "I could screen this in"
Honestly I would give my whole house to the animals if it wouldn't get nasty.
It's hard to imagine it would be possible to properly care for that many. But good on them!Only a bearded dragon and a leopard gecko currently. Leo is old and has a Neurological disease of some sort. The Beardie is very very nice, and only hates the dogs and carrots.
It was well taken care of.
They had many toys and perches.
I don't know how it was pulled off but it was awesome. It's hard to imagine it would be possible to properly care for that many. But good on them!
